“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.”
Being unapologetically set apart should make you more aware of others that are set apart particularly those in authority of you. People who have very serious responsibilities and their very actions affect your way of life are who I am referring to. I encourage you to put those people before God so that they receive wisdom in their leadership over you and others.
The leader of a nation needs these types of prayers more than most. Instead of complaining, murmuring, or suffering in silence… PRAY. Whether you are a fan of politics or not, they affect your very way of life. Let us follow examples in the Bible such as Daniel and keep our nation’s leadership in prayer.
